Yes. Our marquee is perfect for warm conditions. The canopy is 100% block out and UV rated.
Betta Marquees have 3 different frame warranties. Two (2) year workmanship warranty on the 29mm steel frame which covers both the frame and the canopy. The 40mm hexagonal frame has a five (5) year warranty on the frame whilst keeping the 2 year warranty on the canopy. The 50mm hexagonal frame has a ten (10) year warranty on the frame whilst keeping the 2 year warranty on the canopy.
Our PVC-lined 300g polyester canopy is 100% waterproof and has an Australian Government Certified UPF of 50+ providing excellent protection from UV rays. Secured to the frame with Velcro, the canopy can remain on the frame when stored in its carry bag. Please note that 50mm Commercial frames are available with a full PVC canopy.
The wind will definitely move a Marquee and that is why you have to ensure that your marquee is well anchored. Our hexagon shaped legs and large metal feet add to the strength and stability of your Betta Marquee. However, you need to take the wind and weather conditions into account before using your marquee. Please ensure that you use weight bags or weights and tie down your marquee if possible. Safety must always come first and do not erect a Folding Marquee in extreme weather conditions as it is only a temporary shelter.
We suggest that you use a sponge and cold water with a small amount of liquid soap. Often plain water or rain will get off surface dirt but if you need a little soap water please rub gently. Always do a patch test on Canopy and or walls to see that there is no damage caused with soap. Do not use solvents or put roof or walls into a washing machine. Marquees will give you many years of good use if looked after correctly. Remember that Canopies and walls can be replaced at any time.
Always ensure that your canopy and walls are dry before storing. If you pack away whilst wet ensure that you open the frame/roof when you get back to your storage area and allow to air and dry out. The same applies to walls. If you pack away whilst wet you will get mould forming on the fabric.
Yes you should use weights. Your marquee is designed to give you quick and easy sun and rain protection but you need to be aware that weather conditions can change quickly. Even on a wind free day without warning the weather can change and a sudden gust of wind can blow your marquee away. You should always use weight bags or heavy duty metal weights with ropes and pegs with your marquee. Keep your Marquee weighted at all times. Our weight bags provide approximately 15kg of weight per bag. There are 4 x weight bags in each set. Our heavy duty metal weights weigh 15kg and are easy to transport and store.
Our aluminium framed marquees are shipped in a wheeled carry bag with ropes and steel pegs secured in a small side pocket for fixing to the ground. It is a condition of warranty that the marquee be properly anchored or otherwise restrained when in use. We suggest you purchase metal foot weights or sand bags to assist with securing your marquee.
Artwork needs to be submitted in the form of an EPS vector file or as a high resolution PDF file. Pantone (PMS) colours should also be specified where known for digital dye sublimation printing. Digital, dye sublimation and screen printed branding options are available on request. We can print onto the roof or valance areas of the canopy. We allow 22 working days for delivery of printed product and require a 50% deposit with all orders.
We carry a complete range of spare parts in stock to suit all our marquee sizes. All nuts, bolts, screws, joints, scissors and legs are available. We are happy to inspect your Marquee at our showroom or parts can be delivered by courier or picked up from our warehouse between 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Our showroom display is located at the front of our warehouse at 29 Harris Street, Condell Park. We have examples of standard or fully printed marquees on display as well as all of our accessories range. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 5.00pm. We are closed on public holidays.
